The site is on an SSL certificate all payment information is stored only by merchant processor not by Ciera Couture. The Merchant Processor is the company that processes the payment for the transaction.

What data breach procedures we have in place

We do routine scans for data breaches and constant ongoing scans for file changes, these are then sent to our webmaster who researches to determine if there is a breach or if the change was conducted by an authorized user. In the event of a breach you will be notified with instructions on what happened and what data was compromised so that you can protect yourself accordingly. Ciera Couture is not responsible for breaches by third party companies such as in merchant processor. However we did research them to ensure that they also keep the highest priority on data protection.

What third parties we receive data from

We receive data from shipping companies regarding your orders and post that data to your order status so that you can see when your orders are scheduled for delivery.

What automated decision making and/or profiling we do with user data
