To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame we advertise, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly. If there is issues with verifying your address, customer service will contact you to try and resolve these issues. If after several attempts of contacting you, you do not respond, you order will be cancelled and your money refunded to you. If you realize that you entered your shipping address incorrectly, please contact us ASAP. We will do our best to fulfill you request and change the address. If we are unable to, we do not take responsibility for the incorrect information.
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service directly. Ciera Couture Boutique DOES NOT hold responsibility for packages that state DELIVERED. We do not issue refunds for packages that state being delivered. We offer USPS Priority Mail to most locations (domestic & internationally). Your shipping cost is displayed at point of checkout. International orders may be subjected to custom charges by your native country.
All Orders take 2-3 Business Days to process before shipping. Transit time and processing times are different. All Orders must process before they’re shipped out. Holiday Season orders will include additional processing time. Weekends do not count as processing times. Processing times are Monday – Friday.
USPS INTERNATIONAL Shipping transit time is 6-12 Business Days Depending Where You Live. Please Note that Holidays will result in additional shipping time.
If your order comes up as fraud in our system , you will be required to send Identification to verify your order before the order is processed and shipped out. If identification is not sent after 2 business days , your order will be cancelled.
If an item is shipped back to our store due to address being incorrect or invalid address . You will be required to pay reshipment fee of $8 through your email. It will be no refunds or exchanges at all . We are not responsible for the wrong address at all.
Once an Order is Placed , we are unable to cancel or make any changes. please make sure you put the correct shipping address because we are not responsible if the package gets lost.
Signature Confirmation is Required for all orders $100 + , Please make sure you arrange someone to be able to sign for your package if your order is over $100.
We are not responsible for any delays that delivery caused by unclaimed packages or incorrect shipping addresses ( the shipping address the customer enters at the time of the purchase is the exact address we will ship the package to). we can not change the address in our system.
We are not responsible for your lost or stolen package , we will try our best to help relocate your package but please make sure you file a claim with USPS because every single package is insured .
